Ingrid was a prolific writer.  With her unique expertise and insight, she wrote countless articles on a variety of topics, including astrology, immunity, herbal medicine, Ayurveda medicine, alternative health treatments, music, philosophy and spirituality.  Her writings were distributed through subscribed emails and, more recently, on Substack.com. 

Ingrid produced herbal extracts and elixirs for illness treatments.  These products were sold on her e-Commerce websites, often also contain informational articles and books. These websites are closed permanently. Fortunately, a non-profit organization called Internet Archive (formerly Wayback Machine) has archived Ingrid's websites.  The links to these archived websites are provided for interested parties' reference only.
